To the charity trustees of:
Leaney Primary School Parents & Teachers Association Charity No: NIC 100366
I report on the accounts of the PTA for the year ended 30 June 2025 , which are set out on pages 1–2.
As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (NI) 2008 .
It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act and follow the procedures laid down

State whether any matters have come to my attention
I have examined your charity’s accounts as required and in accordance with the general directions under Section 65 of the Charities Act.
I have reviewed the accounting records kept by the charity and compared them with the accounts presented. This included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you, as charity trustees, regarding any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention, such as:

a. That the accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act

b. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
-
c. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act d. That further information is needed for a proper understanding of the accounts
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of matters (a)–(d) listed above. In connection with following the directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to your attention .
