|The purposes of the|Purpose1: Improved relationships between home and school|

||community. This is demonstrated through having an active PTA|
||that works in partnership with the school and engages parental|

||Purpose 2: Advancing the education of pupils in the school|
||The benefit which flows from this purpose includes increased|
||educational progress and attainment of pupils in the school and|
||links built with the local community. This is demonstrated through|
||pupils having access to resources, events, activities and links|
||with the local community which are not available through direct|
||school funding.|

|What Leaney PTA has|From Sept 2024 to June 2025 we held the following fundraising activities and|
|done during the year to|events:|
|carry out its purposes|* School theme day|
||* Summer Fair|
||* Mad Hair Day|
||* Disco|
|||
|What benefits the|All of the money raised was reinvested back into the school|
|activities of the Leaney|by the following:|
|PTA has brought|* Prizes for School Theme Days|
||* School Hoodies|
||* New School Sheds|
||* Harper Collins School Books|
||The benefits were identified and voted for by the children within|
||the school council|
|||
|How Leaney PTA|We work closely with the school to undertake risk assessments|
|mitigated any harm|on all activities.|
|flowing from its purposes|Our trustees and volunteers undergo yearly Access NI checks|
||before permitted to help out at events|
|||
|How Leaney PTA has|Charity trustees (PTA committee members) are usually also|
|ensured that any private|parents at the school which their children attend and hence gain|
|benefit has been incidental|benefit in the same way as all other beneficiaries.  This benefit is|
|to the public benefit|incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all|
||beneficiaries|
