Roisin Johnston will be staying on as our treasurer.

Lee McDaid will be continuing to complete our charity commission papetwork for
another year. A massive thank you for continuing to do this.
Our teacher representative for the coming year is Miss Momson.
Our other Trustee is Elizabeth MGElhinney.
A big thank you to each of you for taking on these positions over the past year.
I would further like to take this opportunty to thank all our committee members who
help out throughout the year. Without their time. effort, support and enthusiastic help
we wouldn't be able to run the events and raise the money that we do. A special
thank you to Doreen for the time she spent on the match funding. they have spent
applying for grants on the PTFA'S behalf.
Thanks also to Robert Coulter who checks over our accounts for us each year prior
to this meeting.

Ballinamallard Football Collection- £186.21. Big thank you to the club for giving
us permission to do this.
- Christmas Cake Sale: £669.69 Thank you to Samantha Hurst for

organisingladvertising and coordinating.
Movie - £86.63
- This year we were also able to give each child an Easter Egg £166.00 and an
ice cream voucher in June as a thank you for their support throughout the
year.
- Mrs Joyce Kerr for purchasing flowers and maintaining the flowerbeds.
- As decided by the P7 parents, we supplied ties from S.D.Kells for the P7
children.. £164.83
Darryl McBrien for his continued help wtthin the school setting throughout the
year.
Kenny Fisher for taking on the role as Mr Claus - £143.25
Jubilee- Special thank you to Jill for taking on the role of completing fomis for
funding. Purchase of gazeboslface paintslfood... etc
. Jubilee - Mrs Magee for organising the visit from the Queen and the Rev.
Beacom for piping. Thank you to all the parents who loaned their gazebos.
Tables from archdale hall. Those who helped set uplseTvelclear up and bake.
