I Charity status
The charity Is limited by guarantee. incorporated in Northem Ireland, and conseqiiently does not have share
capital. Each of the trust¢e5 is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the charity
in the event of liquidation.

The financial statcments have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
Statement of Recomixendcd Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (fRS 102) (effective l January
2015) - (Charities SORTr (FRS 102)), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in thc UK and Republic of
Ireland (FRS 102). They also comply with the Companies Act 2006 and Charities Act (Northern Ii'eland) 2008..
Basis of preparation
Robinson Memorial Hospital Ballymoney (Incorpoi'ated) mcets the dcfinition of a public benefit eiitily undci.
FRS 102. Assets and liabilities are initially recognised at historical cost or transaction value unless otherwisc
stated in the relevant accounting policy notes.
The presentation currency of thcse financial statements is sterling. All amounts in the financial statements have
been rounded to the nearest £1.
Going eoncern
The financial statements have been preparcd on a going concern basis. The trustees have assessed a pcriod of12
months from the date of approving the financial statements with regard to the appropriatcness of the going
concern assumption in preparing the financial statements The trustees note that and belicve that the company
will continue as a going concern and be able to Tealise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course
of business.
