you are responsible for the preparation of the ffinancial statements in accordance with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Havin9 satisfied myself that the charty is not subject

I have examined your charty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and
my examination was carried out in accordance with Ihe general Dlrections given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9){b) of the Chafities Act. The examinalion
Included a review of the accounting records kept by th8 charity and a compari80n of Ihe
accounts presented wlth those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charlty trustees conceming
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention glvlng me cause
to believe:
1. that the accounting records were not kept In accordance with section 388 of the Companies
Act 20CI8
2. thatthe accounts do not accord with those accounting record8
3. that the accounts do not compty wlth the accounting requirements of sectlon 398 of the
Companies Act 2008 and with the methods and principles of the Charities Statement of
Recommendad Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with
the Financial Reporting Standard appllcable In the UK and Republic of Ireland
4. that there18 further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be
reached.

I have completed my examination and have no concems in respect of the m8tter8 (1) to (4)
listed above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for
