Issues Discussed:-

Growth of the Club – recruitment for coaches / volunteers / boxers.

Here 4 U programme renewed to allow people to get back into physical fitness.

Issues relating to marketing the participation of females in the club.

Cross community activities.

Raising funding to take the Boxers to All Irelands.

Refurbishment of club – painting, checking prices for installation of gas heating.

Mural needed outside wall to promote the boxing club.

The club is working with community groups and schools as part of the Neighbourhood Partnership some of which are supported through Belfast City initiatives.

Updating coaches Child Protection training.

Issues relating to the opening hours and future of young people training towards championships.

The members had a short meeting afterwards to discuss the officer board.
