Respectlve responsibilities of charity trustees and examlner As the charity's trustees yoii are responsible f or the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act {Northem Ireland) 2008 as amended by the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2022 where applicable. It is my responsibility to-. Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act Follow the procedures laid down in the gèneral Directions given by the Commission under section 6519)Ibl of the Charili8s Act state whether particular matters have com8 to my attention Basls of Independent examlnefs roport I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with th8 general Directions given by the Charity Commission f or Northem Ireland under section 65{9)Ib) of the Charities Act. My ex8minatlon Sncluded a review of the accounting records kept by th8 charity and a comparfson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations f rom you as charity trustees concemlng any such matters.
