Year ending 30 September 2020
This report is made lo the Trustees of Millbrook Church of the Nazarene in accordance with the
terms of my engagement. I have reviewed the financial slalemenls of the church which
comprise of a Slalement of Receipts and Payment and a Statement of Assets and Liabilities
from the books of account and infomalion and explanations you have given to me.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
th the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Basis of independent examiner's report
I have examined your Charity a¢¢tsunt5 as required under section 65 of the Charitie5 Act anc* my
examination was carried out in a¢¢ordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities A¢1.
My examination included a ¥eview of the ac¢ounling records kept by the charity for the year
ended lo 30 September 2020, and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
11 also included consideration of any iJnLJsual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanalitsn5 from you as charity Iruslees Concerning any such matters.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come lo my attention giving me cause lo
