No such events were held due to re5ttiCtions arising from the Coronavirus pandemic. These
events were a￿anged ts) start on 28 Ma￿h and l August 2020 but involve Associates and
Observers WO￿LDg Èn relatively close proximity. The tht lockdowD was implemented on
23 March 2020 and subsequent resttictiolls also prevented this type of activity.
DriVin￿ldIng skills for existing Full mernbets a￿j Associates
On 2 December 2019 the Group organised an Observer Trdining event for car and
motorcyclist members.
On 17 and 24 June 2020 the Gn)up arnged a motorcyclist Observer training event under
the soaal disLinciDg wuirement cumnt at time. Resttictions prevent car ObserveT

On 29 July 2020 a slow riding skn]]s evening was held for motorcyde members aDd
associates at Myme.

8. Other related activities
On 27 January 2020 the Group atranged a s(Jial event at R￿m2RaCe. Ballymoney.
Motorcydist members provided transp)rt of PPE and similar goods to hospits]s and pbarmacies as
part of the Volunteer Bikers Group in Northern Ireland.

11. Risks

implemented before either of the year's planned COU￿ were and this has prevented new
Associates joining the Group. Otherwise Group membership has beeD stsble. The Committee has
kept in communication with members through emaiL newslette￿ and WhatsApp to ensure that they
are up to date with the ctUTeDt regulations and UDdersL2nd wby the Group is not 0￿rating as nornial.

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have regard to the Cljarity
Commission Nt's Public benefit ryiTement ststutory guithce in canying out the aaivities of the
Group in the retK)rting year.

13. Review of end of
13.1 Current account
The balance of the account at 31 Oaot*r 2020 stands at £509.10 (adjusted for iten]s not y
ptesented). This account is used to deal all routine payments and receipts for the Group.
C￿eTall eXt￿lture was &W.12. which is £107.26 mote than the overall income of £696.86 in this
reporting year. There was less expenditure than last year th* to coronavi￿ pandemic restrictions
resulting in fewer activities. Most expenditure related to running costs for the Group.
13.2 Reserve account
The reserve account is held to offset tK)ssible variations in subscriptions and provide for sigllifi'cant
purchases and contingencies includin& but not ]imited to:
