As ridersldrivers who have developed their skills in this way are able to manage and reduce the risk
to thetnselves and to other road users of being involved in an RTC, with benefits to themselves and
society as a whole. Achievement of a test pass recognises that they I￿ve met a national quality
&&sured standard of driVin￿rIdIng beyond that required for issue of a thiving licence. Observers
have demonstrated their commitment to maintain and improve on these standards by undertaking
additional tests to a nauonal qualiry &ssured srandart which at Narional level is a time-limited
renewable qualification.
