TRUSTEE ANNUAL REPORT
This report is for the year ended 31 August 2025. The Trustees have had regard to the guidance given on public benefit by the Charities Commission.
The Charity has maintained a service to the local community and beyond by providing a daily preschool for children aged between 3 and 5 years.
The main achievements of the year have been providing a safe, friendly and encouraging introduction to education for children of preschool age.
The attached accounts show that the Charity have managed a financial year with no debts held. The Charity has raised enough funds to allow the preschool to operate sufficiently.
The Charity does not have a fund that is materially in deficit at the end of the financial year.
The Charity is constituted by a governing document dated 12 December 2012.
The purpose of the Charity is to promote play based learning environments for all children of Aghagallon and its surrounding environs in County Armagh without distinction of age, gender, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education.
