SHOPMOBILITY NEWRY INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF SHOPMOBIUTY NEWRY I report to the trustees on my examination of the flnancial statements of Shopmobiknty Newry (the charity) for the year ended 31 March 2024. Responstbilities and basis of report As the trustees of the charLty (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparat(on of the fLnancial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (the 2006 Act). Having sat¢sf￿1 myself thal the financial ststements of the charity are not required to be audtted under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and is e￿gthle for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of the charity's financial statements carried out under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. In carying out my examination I have foLLowed all the apP￿Cable Directtons g(ven by the Charity Cornm￿510n under section 6519)(b) of the 2008 Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any matertal respect: accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act,. or 2. the finanC￿l statements do not accord with those record& or the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or 4. the flnancial statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporttng by charities applicable to charities preparing thew accounts in accordance with the Fmancial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ifeiand IFRS 102). I can confirm that l am quaknfied to undertake the examination because l am a registered member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, which ￿ one of the listed bodies.
