The Chairman and the Trustees recommend new Trustees as needed. New Trustees are recruited on tha r8levance
of thelr skllls, and th8lr polenbal to be able to make a helpful conlribulion lo the govemanco of the charity. As part of
this process they are made aware of a TnJstee5' legal obligations under charty and company law, the content of the
Memorandum and Artides of Association, the dècision making processes, the buslness plan and recent financial
performan¢e of the charity. Once Ihe polentlal new Trustee has ag￿ed to be considered for appolnlment they can be
co-opted by the dir8Ctors until fomial voting by memb8r8 occurs at th& nextAnnual General Meellng.

Financlal Revlew
As mentloned above we, Ilke many organisalions, have been insecure regarding our future In terms of slrateglc
planning. The lack of Govemment Departments and direolion of what Is avallable has led to uncertainty of what
most groups can plan ahead for in the future in relatlon to funding_ This can be seen In our funding recoived during
the year and most Importantly the deffciency cf fiJnds of £13,726 at our year end. We hope that in the coming year our
fvnding will increase and we can conunue our work to help thg communlty and take on more projects.
