Tristar FC
Trusteesl Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2023
2023 has been another successful year with a surylus of £63,825 being transferred to reserves.
This has seen a growth in the reserve position to over £200k. This positions the club well for
future initiatives and unforeseen expenses.
Over the last few years, we have seen the financial position of the club on an upward
trajectory, strengthening the position for the main goal of purchasing land for the
development of its own training ground/pitches and club house.
It is important to note again that the aim as a club is not to exist for the primary purpose of
making a profit but to further the interest of our members.
The Club acknowledges that the purpose of these reserves is not intended for covering
operational expenses as it would be expected that all costs would be met as and when they
arise.
Trusteesl Statement of Compliance
In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given
careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public
benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charitys purposes and provide
a benefit to the beneficiaries.
