Tho Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the Accounts. The Charity's Truslees consider that an audit is not
Tequired for this year (under section 65 of the Charities Act INI} 20081 and that an independent examination is needed.
It is our responsibility lo-
examine the accounts (under section 65 of the Act),
lo follow the procedures laid down in th6 General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 65{9llbl of
the Act), and
to slate whether partl¢ular matters have corre lo our attenlion.

Our examination was carried out in accordance with General Direction3 given by the Charity Comrni5sion. An ex8min8t>Jn includes
review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a wmparison of the accounts piesenled wlh th05e recoids. It also
includes consideration of arly unusual items or d￿SCIo5ures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as Iru51e8s
concerning any such matters. The procedure5 undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an 8udil. and
consequently no opinion is given 88 lo whether the accounts present a'true and lair, view and the report is limited lo tFx)se matters

In the course of our examination, no matter has come lo our attenllon..
which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the requirements..
