I report on the financial statements of the company for the year ended 30 June 2022 which ère
set out on pages 10 to 12.
This report is made solely to the company's Trustees. as a body in accordance with section
6513lla) of the Charities Act Northern Ireland 2008 and regulations made under section 66 of the
Aci. My work has been undertaken $0 that I might state to the company's Trustees those matters
l am required to state to them in an Independent examiner's report and for no other purpose. To
the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other
than the company and the company'sTrustees a5 3 body. for my work of this report.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the company'5 Trustees land also the directors of the company for the Purpose of company
lawl you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in a¢cordance with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Having satisfied myself that the company is not
subject to audit under company law. and is eligible for Independent examination.
It is my responsibility to:
• Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Cornmission under
section 651911bl of the Charities Act
State whether particular rnatters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as ￿qUired under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6Sl9llbl of the Charities Act.
My examination included a rewew of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It was also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you a5 charity
trustees concerning any such matters.
