structure, Governance and Management
Structure
The chadty is unincorporated ￿ganISat￿]n govemed by its Deed of Trust. The charity 15 recL>Jnised as a tharfty in
Northern Ireland under the referen￿ NIC100252. In the event of the organisation being ¥w)untl up merrijers will be
required to Gontribute an amount nol exceeding £1 each. The tharity is under the control of Ihe trustees.

The yèar saw a focus on the underpinning of church lrfe bcth centrally. lo(ally and fvJ1her afield.
In temis of personnel. Rev Mark Johnston was installed as mlnisier of the GrooMs￿rt congregalion in February 2023
and in April Rev Stephen Roger retired as minister in Ballyclare after 32 yeats service.
A new eldw was appointed in the Kntxk congregatk)n during February.
In February. Presbytery also passe{1 ￿ amendment of the CODE pro￿SI￿S relating to the dection of elders.
Inler-denorninationaj relations were supported thrcAJgh the exthange of fr8temal greetings wilh the Orthodox
Presbyterian Church in the USA and the Evangel￿1 Presbyterian Churth of England and Wales. The Moderator
attended the General Assemblies of the Free Church of knuand and the F￿e Churth of Scotland (Continuing)
during May and the Refornied Presbyterian Church Syrnd in Junè. Pr8sbytery also appointed the MLxJer8ior and R9¥
LLtcas to visit Mrs Pamela Garya (missionary in Nigerial during 2024. In December. Rev Bealson was appointed as
the denomination's dglegale lo the ELtropean Refonned Cc41oquium in Apnl 2024.
The Annu81 Presbytery Day Conference was held at Crumlin on 13 May. Akwff)yimately 120 attended addresses
by Pastor Jeremy Walker Imaidenbower Baptist Church) as tt5 ￿trepoint
