To fulfil our main activities as a charity in respect to the Charity Commissions" Public Benefft Slatutory
guKlan￿, we have as a church maintsined. Two regular SurKlay WcKship Sefvices and conducted
various Christian ministry amongst the general public. visitats.on of the sick and needy and school
assemtAies were camed on a regular b￿'S as also a weekty Bd)le study and Prayer Meeting was
conducted throughout the course of the year.

12.1 There shall be an annual general rneeling of the member5 of the Church which shaN be held
whenever praclicable wrthin three months of the finanoal year end of the Church as detennined by
the Comrnittee and the I￿SinesS of the annual general meeting shLxJld rKYmally indude the
presentation of rekNJts by the Pas￿ ￿ otfrw chaim*n of the Commiltee, the tr&%urer and the
secretary and when relevant shall indude the appointment of Committee members in accordance with
the provisions of Clause 5 of this Constiiuti(m.
12.2 The Cofflmittee shall have ply￿ to make regulakns governing the calling and (x>ndud of the
annual general meeting and SLth other members, rn￿tings (knchvn as Speaal Church Methngs) as
may be deemed necessary by the Committee.
12.3 Special Church Meetings are called for the fdlcming purposes:
i) CalliThJ a minister wknen requira
ii) Election of Elders when required
iii) Election of DeacA)ns when required
iv) Appointment of Trustees when required (and further to the provisions of Clause 5)
v) Matters of Church (Yder and disopline, upon the re(xxnmer•dakn of the Elders
vi) Considering a Special Resc4ution which shall require the apwoval of t￿thIrd$ of those mem
present and entitied to vote. The vots'ng shall be by ballot."
