guKlan￿. we have as a church maintairled. Two regular Sunday Worship SeNices and conducted
various Christian ministy amongst the general public. Visitsts'on of the sick and needy and school
assemblies were carr*d (Krt a regular basis as also a ￿Pekty Bible sluty and Prayer Meeb'ng was
conducted throughout the course of the year.

"The Commtttee shall from time to time appoint a treasurer and a secrotary and such persons
may or may not be members of the Commlttee.

12.1 There shall be an annual general meeting of the member5 of the Church which shaN be held
whenever practicable WTthin three months of the finanoal year end of the Church as detemiined by
the Committee and the I￿SinesS of the annual general meets'ng sh￿Id nomially indude
presentation of repLxts by PastL¥ ￿ other d*imMn of the Commiltee, the treasurer and the
secretary and when relevant shall indude the appointment of Committee members in ac£ordance with
the sxovisions of Clause 5 of this Constiithn.
12.2 The Ccmnmittee shall have power to make regulati(￿ g)veming the calling and (x)ndu(# of the
annual general meeb'ng and such other members. Theets'ngs (kn(hvn as Speaal Church Meeb"ngs) as
may be deemed necessary by the CommÉttee.
12.3 Special Church Meetings are called for the folbwfjng purposes".
i) Calling a minisler when required
ii) Election of Elders when required
iii) Election of Deacons when required
iv) Appointment of Trustees when required (arKI furttw to the provisions of Clause 5)
v) Matters of Church c*tsr and discipline. re￿nmer#1akn of the Elders
