NORTH BALLYMENA COMMUNITY CLUSTER INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE CHARITY TRUSTEES OF NORTH BALLYMENA COMMUNITY CLUSTER I report on the accounts of North Ballymena Community Clustei for the year ended 31 March 2019. which are set out on pages 6 to 12. Respective responslbilities of charity trustees and exarniner As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. 11 is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charitles Act Follow tho procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 6519y(bl of the Charitles Act Slate whether partlGular matters have Come to my attention. Basis of Indopandent examlnevs rèport I have examined yDur charity accounts as required under sedion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under Section 65{9){bl of the Charities Act.My examinatlon included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual Items or dlsclosures in the accounts, and sèoking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any SUGh matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have comé to my attention givin9 me cau58 to believe.. 1. That accountin9 records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charitie$ A¢1 2. That the accounls do not accord wlh those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not Gomply with the accounting requirements of Ihe Charities Act 4. That there is further infomialion needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
