section 65(9)(b) of the Charlties Art

I have examined your charity accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Art and my
examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charlty
Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of Charities Act.
My examination included a revtew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparlson of
the accounts presented with those record5. It also included consideration of any unusual iterns or
disclosures in the accounts, and seekin8 explanations from you as charity Irustees concemin8 any
such mattets.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to rny attention giving me cause to
believe..
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with sectton 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charltles Act
4. That there Is further information needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts to be
