Commlsslon under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Art

I hwie examlned your Charity Accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charitle8
Act and my examinatlon was carried out In accordance wlth the general Dlrections
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65{9)(b) of the
Charities Act. My examlnation Included a review of the accountlng records kept by
the Charlty aNI a comparison of the Accounts presented wlth those records. It also
included (x)nsideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and
Seeklng explanations from you as Charlty Trustees concerning any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention giving me
cause to believe...
1. That accounting records were not kept in accortlance wlth sectlon 63 of the
Charitles Act;
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records;
3. That the acGounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requir8mont8 of the
Charltl8s Act;
4. That there Is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the
accounts to be reached.
