Public benefit:
We have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. The beneficiaries from the Trust are individuals or organisations who are advancing the Christian religion throughout the world. Not only does the Trust give financial support to those involved in Christian missionary activities but the monthly publications generate support from individuals and churches directly to those involved in these activities. The main benefit flowing to the public from the advancement of the Christian religion is moral and ethical. The Christian religion teaches that we should love our neighbour as ourselves. Those involved in Christian missionary activities are therefore also involved in bringing physical and material need to those with whom they work, both Christian and non-Christian. Those whom the Trust has supported have included those involved in providing medical, educational and other services to the communities in which they work, as well as helping those in poverty.
The annual report was approved by the trustees on 18th May2026 and was signed on their behalf by William J. Gibson and Gordon M. Mullan.
