Living Centre,. ARC Healthy Living Centre: The Courthouse Kesh Limited; Omagh Forum for Rural Association5
delivered 'ihe Food Poverty- Financiol ond WrtTpomundStspport Progmmme, that wa5 operated under the
worklng title of WRAP-Western Response & Action on Poverty, for Fermanagh and Omagh Dislrict Council. The
WRAP Programme operated over timeframe November 2023 to March 2024 and 143 Households from across the
entire Ferman3gh and Omagh District received an Individual Personalised Tailored Plan of sUPPOrt that assisted
their household in becoming better off in terms of food security, fuel provision and incorne level.
FRCN manaÉed the Screggagh Windkrm Community Benefrt Fund In which twenty-nine eligible community &
voluntary organisatiorts received donations totalling £59,923.
FRCN are a Reglstered Helper Group with the Charlty Commisslon for Northern Ireland and advise and support
those groups undergoing charity registration charities wlth their annual reporting.
FRCN have promoted the Communlty Planning process for the Fermanagh and Omagh Dlstrlct, are members of
the Communityvoluntsry sector Forum and Community Planningstrategic Partnership Board.
FRCN are a member group of Fermon?gh & Omagh Interagency Forum for Older People facilitated by South
West A8e Partnership and comprlses of a communityj voluntary and statutory organi5ations.
FRCN are a partner organisètlon on Lough Eme Landscape Partnershlp. whlch has the aim of reconnecting local
people wlth their Lough Erne Landscape and its built. natural & cultural hlstory and heritage.
FRCN are supporting and have representstion on Fermanagh and Oma8h PEACEPLUS Partnership which has
been established to oversee the effective development and implementation of a Local Communliy Peace Action
Plan. The partnership is representative of communitie5 across the district and includes Councillors, Social
Partners, ènd Statutory Representatives.
FRCN are members of FermanaBh and Omagh District Council's Agrfcultural Liai50n Group that undertake5
liaison with and make5 representatioTh to the relevant bodles and agencies on behalf of the rural communlties
of the district.
FRCN are Tnember5 Df and have Board representatives on Rural Community Network Nl the regional voluntsry
organ15ation that articulates the voice of rural communitles on issues rel3tln8 to poverty, disadvant3ge. and

interaction and wellbeing.
- FRCN have been awarded a Start Here Progmmme Gront from The Ronk Foundt7don whkh is belng used for
employment of a new Community Development Officer for three yeor5. The Department of Communities IDfCI
provide the fundin8 for the Start Here Programme Grant awards under their Covid Employment and Skills
Initiative.
FRCN working in collaboration with Lakeland Community Care Limited have a contract to deliver The
SPRIN6 Rural Enhancedsocial Prescriblng Pmject (SRESPPJ. (to end of September 20231, focusing on the
communities in Eme West District area of County Fermanagh. Thi5 project 75 a collaboraiive partnership project
led by Derg Valley Care Healthy Living Centre on behalf of the Healthy Living Centre Alliance (HLCAI to deliver
50cial prescriptions in local communities across Northern Ireland. The rural enhanced project is funded bythe
Department of Agriculture. Environment and Rural Affalrs {DAERAI.
FRCN and Omagh Forum for Rurèl Associations are working in partnership to deliver the 'DAERA Local Rural
Community Development Support Service PrDgrdmme' contract for the Fermanaeh and Om28h District Council
area, wtth key areas of work belng under the following identified theme5:

networking opportunitie5 for member groups, through our locally based staff, resour¢e centre and network
services and pro8rammes. This benefits rural community groups in developlnÉ sustainable rural
communities, directly tackling issue5 that are causing dlsadvantage and poverty.
