Independent Examiner’s Report
To the Trustees of Pollen Studios and Gallery For the year ended 31 March 2025
I report on the accounts of Pollen Studios and Gallery for the year ended 31 March 2025 , which comprise the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the related notes to the accounts.
Responsibilities and basis of report
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of charity law and for ensuring that they give a true and fair view.
My responsibility is to examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention in carrying out my examination.
My examination was carried out in accordance with the Charity Commission’s guidance on independent examination of charity accounts . An independent examination involves a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures identified during the examination.
Independent examiner’s statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention :

which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect:

accounting records have not been kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011; or
-
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records; or
-
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts.
Conclusion
Based on my examination, the accounts of Pollen Studios and Gallery for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been prepared in accordance with applicable guidance for charities using a receipts and payments basis and are consistent with the accounting records.
