 (b) \tto relieve unemployment through the maintenance, management and \tsupport of supported employment schemes for people with learning \tdisabilities, difficulties and associated problems;  (c)\tto promote or assist in the promotion, facilitation and organisation of \tcapacity building programmes and projects for the beneficiaries \twithin \tthe area of benefit who have need of such assistance as a \tresult of their \tyouth, age, ill health, disability or infirmity, or social \tand economic \tcircumstances, by the provision of information and \ttraining, advice, mentoring, classes, workshops, support and \tinstruction in an effort to increase the abilities, skills and self-\tconfidence of the beneficiaries;   \t(d)\tto promote social inclusion and integration for the public benefit by\t\tassociating together volunteers and organisations in a common effort \t\tto raise public awareness of the issues affecting those suffering from \t\tlearning disabilities, difficulties and associated problems and their \t\t\tfamilies and carers and to promote the participation of the \t\t\tbeneficiaries in all aspects of society;
