**Purposes:** The company's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the advancement of education and the promotion of the health and wellbeing of the inhabitants (hereinafter called the "beneficiaries") of Crossgar, and its environs of Killyleagh and Downpatrick (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") by associating the school, statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular:  (a) to support social inclusion and promote the wellbeing of those living in the area of benefit through the provision of educational, social and recreational activities.
