**Purposes:** Purposes of Off the Cuff Community Theatre Group  Off the Cuff community Theatre Group is established to advance education, and to promote the performing arts in the Magherafelt area without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation.nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating with the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to:  a) Promote and develop the performing arts for the benefit of the public in the area of benefit;  b) Encourage appreciation of the arts and stimulate the artistic creativity of people in the area of benefit by the provision of artistic performances, training, support and facilities for artistic expression to include the writing and production of contemporary plays of historical and cultural merit to the area of benefit;  c) Present, promote, organise, manage and produce performances, workshops, and exhibitions of works of cultural and educational value including performances, dramas, comedies, broadcasts, television shows, entertainments and exhibitions.
