**Purposes:** 1.1	To  work with emerging writers and actors to develop new scripts for performance in the professional theatre, for performance in other appropriate venues and forms 1.2	To reflect community issues and concerns in our work, to celebrate accurately and inclusively our shared history and traditions, and to organise feedback and workshop development from our audiences. 1.3	To give opportunities to all, including those with little practical experience of live theatre or performance without discrimination on the grounds of religion, political affiliation or sexual orientation. 1.4	To provide greater choice for audiences of live theatre, and to attract to theatre those who might otherwise feel it’s not for them. 1.5	To make drama free and accessible to all
