for human suffering due to persecution. war sitwtions. Thrtural disasters
and in areas of famine. These needs were identif led through global
charity agencies. Contributions were channelled through The Unwana-oro
Christian Missiomry Centre, Open Doors and Tear Fund.
Locally in UK contributions were made to the Dundonald Food Bank and
The Salvation Amy.
2. Annual contributions were made to the Christian Medical Fellowship.
The International Christian Medical and Dental Association and an annual
donation to the Scripture Union worki￿￿ in schools Kbrthern Ireland.
3. A number of contributions were made towards the advancement of
Christianity both overseas and in freland.These included Mission Af rica,
The Bible Society, Crosslinks Ireland. Regular support was given for
community work in the Dundonald area of Belfast undertaken by St
Elizabeth's Parish Church, DundoMId.
4. Contributions were made to several local community needs. includi
Marie Curie. N.I. Hospice. The Children's Hospice. The Chest Heart and
Stroke Association and Stroke. An annual dorntion was made to The
Royal Kkntioml Lifeboat InstitLrtion.
