The objectives and activities of the Friends of Bix Church remain unchanged : -
" From time to time the Friends of Bix provides funds for the improvement or maintenance of the Saint James Parish Church located in Bix, Oxfordshire".
The Trustees remain unchanged.

The 2023 income DOES exceed £ 10,000. So the Friend of Bix Church's annual return does need to include a schedule answering questions set by the Charity Commission.
The 2023 income DOES exceed £ 25,000. So the the Friend of Bix Church's annual return is required to include formal accounts, subject to independent examination. (But accounts are prepared anyway, using the same auditor as Bix P.C.C.).
2023 Highlights
The main income was the receipt of the SODC Grant £ 25,125 for the Community Hub Project. Other incomes were the proceeds of plant sales ; Gift Aid on a 2022 donation by STY ; Regular donations by General B and Interest. (General B would like his donations to be for the Churchyard). The total income was £ 27,680.63.
The expenditure in 2023 was the granting of £ 95,000 to Bix PCC for the Community Hub Project. The project is now complete apart from certain "fitting out" of the interior costs. Friends of Bix expect to make more modest donations to Bix PCC in 2024. The total expenditure was £ 95,093.00.
