(B) TO PROVIDE OR AUGMENT THE STIPEND OF ANY PRIEST FOR THE TIME BEING SERVING OR HAVING SERVED IN THE PARISH OR TO ASSIST ANY SUCH PRIEST IN MEETING THE EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES, (C) TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF FINANCIAL NEED PRIESTS OR RETIRED PRIESTS SERVING OR WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE PARISH, (D) TO PRESERVE AND KEEP UP AND REPAIR THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS AND MEET OTHER OUTGOINGS OF THE CHURCH AND OF ANY HOUSE WITHIN THE PARISH PROVIDED FOR THE OCCUPATION OF THE PRIEST, (E) TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF RELIGIOUS SERVICES IN THE CHURCH.
