In accordance with your instruction, we have complied these unaudited accounts in order to assist you to fulfil your responsibilities, from the accounting records,information and explanations supplied to us. **G & S Accountants Ltd Dated:** Page 1 of 4 ## **BANBURY MUSLIM MOSQUE SOCIETY STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2025** The trustee are required to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of the affairs of the trust and of its financial activities for the period. In preparing those financial statements the trustees are required to: - select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; - make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; - follow applicable accounting standards, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statemets; - prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to assume that the trust will continue in business. The trustee are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the trust. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Trust and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularties. ...............................................
