## **1. OBJECTS** 

The objects of Three Spires Singers are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects, by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the committee shall determine.

At the 2021 AGM, the trustees confirmed the continuing appointment of Christopher Gray as musical director.

There were approximately 130 singing members and 105 subscribing Patrons and Friends.

basis of report
As the chartys trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounls in accordance with the requirements of Ihe Charities Act 2011
{Yhe Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried OLrt
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying oul my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
