Until 1.11.25. From 1.11.25. The Charity operates under a sealed Scheme of Management dated the 19th of May 1982, and subsequent orders, to maintain and manage six almshouses. In 2025, the repairs and Maintenan programme of work was continued. The gas ntral heating boilers have been serviced with a Landlord's (Gas Safety) Certthcate issued. The residents appear to be very satisfied with the properbes and the standard of maintenance and yre appreciative of the improvements that were made. A surplus of £17.416 was made on the running costs of the Chanty dunng 2025, £5.000 transferred from the bank account to be added to investments for the future refurbishment and replacement of assets and the continuation of the repair programme. Residents, contributions were increased during the year in line wilh infiation to cover the increasing cosls of future repairs and rnaintenance. The combined assets of the Charities showed an increase in value of £103,303 to £1,797,164 mainly due to the increased insurance valuation of the houses and the surplus invested from the bank account.
