**Activities:** Helping members of the public play more sport and enjoy the benefits physical activity generates by giving them access to high quality sports facilities - the National Sports Centres and Rowing Lake makes a direct connection between grassroots and elite sport, supporting both. The Charity also awards grants to organisations that provide sporting opportunities for individuals.
