Treasurer’s Report
Tara Macdonald and Nick Fingland continued in their role as Co-Chairs and Kathryn Caswell continued as Treasurer of the Executive Committee. The school have supported us in recruiting some new volunteers and we have 4 new active members on the committee. Denise Lochery has volunteered to take the lead on the uniform sales.
Events continued as previous years. The Welcome BBQ, Christmas Fair and Music Quiz were very well attended and enjoyed. Uniform sales continue to be a good source of income as well as a vital service provided by F0$S and we are grateful for all the hard work done by the uniform committee.
We have developed a good relationship with Metro Bank and the service they provide has proved to be better than Barclays Bank.
We started the year with a £0 balance in the account, with the balance from Barclays transferred over once the account was opened.
Additional bids than the ones quoted here were agreed in this year totalling £11,474, but funds paid out in 2024/25.
