**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND FACILITATE WORLDWIDE THE DETERMINATION OF DISPUTES BY ALL FORMS OF PRIVATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION OTHER THAN RESOLUTION BY THE COURT (COLLECTIVELY CALLED “PRIVATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION”).
