Dr Paul Anderson (Churchwarden); Mrs Jillian Wilkinson. and Mrs Heather Rix The object of thc Charity is the provision or augmenlation of the emolumcnt of the Chaplain of St Edward's Church or the dcfraying of expenses incutred by OT on behalf of th¢ said Chaplain in the perfomiance of ihe duties of histher otTice and in otherwise contributing to the mitLntenan¢e ut public worship in the Church. The Trustees declare that there is no conflict of intcrcst een thernselves as individuals and their role as Trusteeo. During the year the Trustees paid the stipends (part-lim¢) and allowances ol. the Vicar- ChaplÉiin, Revd. Dr M(Irk SLarlaW and the Assislant Chaplain, Revd. Dr Mathi&s (irebc. Fvllowing, the appointmeni of the Revd. T)r Grebe to a part-lime teaching position St Mellitus, the Anglican iheolo8i¢al college. the Trustees madc adjustments to his 51ipend package, and agreed the principle that the stipeTJd and allowances made lo clergy remunerated by the trust be brought Into line with slipends and allowanccs in the Ely Diocese of the Church of E'ngland The Trustee5 met tw'ice duting the year. The main bSIn¢S5 was the consideration of the accounts and the rOrnIanCe of the trust fund8 (which arc hcld as units in Trinity Hall investment pool and in a money-markel interesl-bearin8 account at Trinity Hall) and to authorise payments in supwrt of the stipends ot. the Vicarlhaplain. and the Assistant Chaplai The accounts, in the fonn of a trading ststcmcnt from Trinity I lall, show an increase of £311,899 in the Value of the Truslees, holding in the 'frinity Hall Investmeni Fund from £1,638,327 to £1,950,226.
