students ha8 been paramount, However, the support of our parents h85 b8en cruclal during these

and those who are more able, Is good. In th& Earfy Years Foundation Stage IEYFSI, the Children

The School h88 openod a SEND unil wl(h capacity lo accommodate up lo 16 pupi18 wllh acute
aullstic needs requiring speclalist 1-10-1 supetvision and bespoke learning plans and sly125.
Should full capacity b& aGhioved withln the next 18 months, this wlll generate 8ignlfl¢anl revenues.
We currently have 11 pupils, with 2 more expected lo start In the coming months.
Acllon 2.,
The school has reduced the ov8rtieads of runnlng the s¢hool lo offset the increase In energy
prl¢es.
Action 3..
Supplementing and leveraglng the school's Staffing capabllilies by using volunteers lo cover non-
cora aclivilles has saved approximately £18k per year.
Action 4..
The School ha$ secured a 10 year lease so that the the school can be heavily marketed lo
prospecllve parents who may be concerned by the ongoing lenantty discusslons with the landlord.
The director8 and staff contlnuo lo look at where Income can be generated and costs Gan be
reduced lo ensure that the School 58 a golng concern. The accounts have been prepared on a
going concern basss as tha dlreclors belleve the charSty w511 be abl& lo generate the funds
necessary to continue lo meet liabilities as they fall due,
