**Objects:** (1) TO CARE FOR, EDUCATE AND ENHANCE THE LIFE SKILLS AND LIFE EXPERIENCES, WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, OF ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY.(2) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY BY:-(I) PROVIDING EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC ON THE WAYS IN WHICH ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY MAY BE SUPPORTED TO TAKE THEIR PLACE IN SOCIETY AND(II) PROVIDING INFORMATION ON IMPLEMENTING AND SHARING BEST PRACTICE WITH REGARD TO SUPPORTING AND CARING FOR ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY(3) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION 3 AND 9 OF THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY.
