**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS FROM THE SOUTH WEST AND WALES WITH DISABILITIES TO ACCESS SPORTING OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES BY: (A) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR SPORTING AND ENABLING EQUIPMENT. (B) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR DISABILITY SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING COURSES. (C) PROVIDING FUNDING TO COVER SPECIFIC COSTS TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO ACHIEVE A SPORTING CHALLENGE. (D) PROVIDING FUNDING TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN GRASS-ROOTS SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

**Activities:** The Sports Foundation for the Disabled aims to support physically disabled individuals and groups from South West England and Wales to access funding up to the value of ?1,000. This funding must contribute towards sporting activities, sporting equipment, or costs towards achieving a physical challenge.
