**Objects:** PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL, AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** The aim of the scout association is to promote the physical, moral, intellectual and spiritual development of young people.  The method whereby we seek to achieve this aim is by training scheme (the Balanced Training Programme) which is both enjoyable and challenging.  All scouting activities are underpinned by the Scout Promise and Law.
