Annual General Meeting of the Triangle Trust

JH opened the meeting by summarising some of the activities of 2021 and the deferred AGM held in September 2021. She expressed thanks to members of the committee and the continued support of LC, DW and JHow in their respective roles.
Ratification of minutes of 22nd September 2021: The minutes of the Annual General Meeting were read out and agreed by the committee.
Treasurers Report: LE presented the audited accounts as detailed:
Income = £26,378.06

87% legacy from the late Barbara Vine from Yeovil (£22,886.50)

7% standing orders (66) from our Patrons (£1935) 2% was from fundraising £(3502) 1% Gift Aid (£365.01) from 45 SOs 2% one off donations
Expenditure = £4887.75
78% on the 2021 Newsletter/Survey (£3800.24) 21% spent on Medical supplies (£1011.51)
Currently over the 2 accounts there is a total £44,735.44
Election of Officers:
JH outlined that all officer positions were appointed at the September AGM and it was agreed that these positions can be held.
Dr Blaydes expressed her thanks for the ongoing support from the Triangle Trust and its members, for the donations and support of committee members.

Any other business: Dr Blaydes sought clarity on voting rights of committee members and it was agreed that revised Committee Terms of Reference would ensure only practice representatives would be non-voting.
Date of the next meeting and AGM, Wednesday 20th January 2021, 7.30pm at Hamdon Medical Centre – Please note this was amended following the AGM as a result of national COVID lockdown restrictions. Date amended to Wednesday 22[nd] September 2021 accordingly.
