1. Overview
During the financial year, the Association raised total funds of £86,375.90 and spent £73,145.94, resulting in a surplus of £13,229.96.
2. Income
Total income received: £86,375.90
- This figure includes all fundraising events, donations and other receipts credited to both the Main PTA account and the FOS account during the year.
3. Expenditure
Total expenditure: £73,145.94
- Expenditure comprised funding for school equipment and activities, event costs, and routine running expenses.
4. Net Result
Surplus for the year: £13,229.96
5. Bank Balances on 30 August 2025
The main bank account opening balance as at 01.09.24 was £10,875.07.
The FOS account opening balance as at 01.09.24 was £20,736.24.
6. Notes and Outlook
The trustees have reviewed the Association’s reserves policy and consider the current cash balance to be sufficient to meet commitments for the coming academic year. Fundraising plans for 2025-26 include the sponsored relay, wine tasting, wreath making, quiz night, treasury hunt, and the Oatlands Ball.
