the charity as set out in its

The objective of the Charity is to advance
the education of the pupils in Eleanor
Palmer Primary School, Lupton Street,
NW5 2JA (the "School"). In furtherance of
this object the Charity may: a) Develop
more extended relationships between the
staff, parents, guardians, carers and
others associated with the school; b)
Engage in activities which support the
School and advance the education of the
pupils attending it- and c) Provide and
assist in the provision of facilities for
education at the School (not normally
provided or inadequately funded by the
Local Education Authorit
EPSA aims to make all activitieslprojects
tor the year accessible to everyone in the
school; all families are actively
encouraged to participate in all events.
The funds paid over to the school in the
year totalled £66,144, being'.- £47,968 -
Development fund (school discretion as
to how funds are utilised)- £16,981 as
approved at the AGM in Nov 2023 being
for repairs to the playground disco, a new
nursery playground structure and
contribution to staff room costs. £1,195 -
Endowment interest.

The charity has raised funds through
various events. The main events were as
follows: Summer Fair - £10,252 (inc £810
received after year end), Christmas Fair -
£4,933. Cake sales - £2.403, CBC Night-
£1.793, Summer Concert- £260, Bingo -
£783.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the
Company for the year ended
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 ("the 2006 Acf).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011
{"the 2011 Act.). In carrying out my examination, I have followed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the
2011 Act.

l. The Eleanor Palmer School Associaiion adopted its present Constitution on 1st October 2019.
2. The Endowment Fund was set under the Development Commitlee which is independent of the PTA Committee. It was sel up
to further the school's operating process in the long term. The initial money was provided by donations and was
invested in the IM CAF Investmenl Fund-UK. This fund closed in 2023 and Ihe funds have been remitted to the charity
and are noted above as CAF RedemDtion.
3. The PTA Fund is set up for the general support of the school and the funds are raised by the PTA Committee.
4. Development Fund (Keep it EP) is set up ur4der the Development Committee. is fvnded by donations and is
generally utilised for specific needs of the school.
5. These accounls ale compiled on a cash basis. Donations may have an elemenl of Gift Aid or tax paid, reclaimable from
the Inland Revenue.which is nol included in these accounts.
6. The total funds of the Association are applied to advance the education of the pupils of Ihe school. The Charity is
therefore able to provide and assist in Ihe provision of lacilities not normally provided by the education authority.
