Responslbllltles of the Committee
Charity law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year, which gives a true and
fairview of the state of affairs of the charity at the end of the year and of the surplus, or deficiencyforthat year.
In preparing those finanaal statements the trustees are required to selett suitsble accounting policies and then
apply them on a consistent basis, rnaking judgements and estimates that are prudent and reasonable. The
Members of the committee must also prepare the finanaal statements on the going concem basi5 unless it is
inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in business.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy, at
anytime the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply
with the Charities Art 2011, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 21]08 and trust deed. They have
general responslbllltyfortaking such steps as are reasonably open to them to safeguard the assets of the charity
and to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.
So far as the Tru5tee5 are aware, there is no relevant accounting information of which the Charitys Independent
Examiners are unaware. Addltionally the Trustees have taken all the Steps they ought to have taken as Trustees
In order to make themselves aware of any relevant accounting informatlon and to establish that the Charit¢s
Independent Examiners a￿ aware of that information.

ended 31 July 2024.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examlner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Charities ACV,) and that an

provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the accounts present a 'true and fair, view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement
below.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which gives me cause to
believe that in, any material respect..
