**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THEM INHABITANTS OF THE ELECTORAL WARD OF EXWICK ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS, OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We provide a Community Hall for the Exwick area of Exeter, the hall is used by lots of different groups including a Pre-School, Exwick Community Church,  Friday Friendship all age coffee morning, exercise classes, folk orchestra, Ballroom Dancing lessons, and Bingo, as well as for children's parties.
