Organisation and statues
The members of the Leadership and Trustees committee for the above year are as follows:-

The Leadership and Trustees are elected or appointed as and when required by the elders. The Annual General Meeting is held every year after the accounts are prepared.
The Charity was established by a Trust Deed on 20th March 1989 and is registered with the Charity Commission No. 801471.
Objectives
The Vine Community Church was set up for the advancement of the Christian faith in Cambridgeshire and elsewhere. The full details are included in the declaration trust and a copy is available on request.

The attached financial statements and notes show the current state of the Charity's finances for the year ended 5[th] April 2025.

1 Gift aid is expected to be £9328 this year
2 Includes regular donations from Mens Shed totalling £2339 3 Includes building hire for use as polling station & ticket sales from Christmas Panto 4 New hearing loop £1485, paid for with additional donations from members 5 Increase due to more safeguarding training this year 6 This years electricity includes usage from previous financial year (Dec 23-Mar 24) which was invoived late 7 Increases in salaries for both employees 8 This will increase in the year ahead 9 Last year we had 5 year periodic fixed wire electrical testing which was why it is less this year 10 This year the following causes were supported:

11 This includes Christmas Panto, which was paid for with ticket sales and donations from members 12 The Mens shed is now subsidised with the group paying £2339 back to the Vine
