**Objects:** (1) THE RELIEF OF THE SICK AND INFIRM IN THE PARISH OF UPWELL OR WITHIN THE PRACTICE AREA OF THE TRUSTEES. (2) IN PARTICULAR AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THE SAID PURPOSE TO PURCHASE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE FURNISHINGS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND AMENITIES FOR USE IN THE HEALTH CENTRE UPWELL WISBECH CAMBRIDGESHIRE BY PERSONS PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY RESIDING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND HAVING OR AWAITING CONSULTATION OR TREATMENT.

**Activities:** The Trust was set up with a donation from Mr Lance Hunter-Rowe in 1987, the funds to be employed to purchase items of  medical equipment for use by the Health Centre, the District Nurses or for loan to patients, as well as for improvements which support or benefit the patients.
